We know that we need a team of passionate, self-directed and highly motivated people to successfully bring hope to the people of Africa. We have wonderful opportunities for people to serve in the areas that they are passionate and gifted in. We are looking for energetic people to come alongside us as we embark on this exciting mission.
As a volunteer, there are a number of different ways you can help Bridge To Cross bring hope to Africa’s township and slum communities. If you are interested in participating in any of the volunteer opportunities below, please complete our Volunteer Application and send it to volunteer@bridgetocross.org so we can be sure to include you in the Bridge To Cross volunteer network.
- Join Bridge To Cross
Once you fill out the Volunteer Application and send it to volunteer@bridgetocross.org, you will automatically be added to the Bridge To Cross Mailing List. As a member, you will receive 6-12 emails per year with suggestions on ways to help spread the word about Bridge To Cross.
- Introduce Bridge To Cross to a foundation, corporation or church that might be interested in supporting our work!
Do you have connections within a corporation or foundation that might be interested in funding our work? Can you introduce Bridge To Cross to your church that would be interested in supporting us? If so, complete our Volunteer Application and send it to volunteer@bridgetocross.org and include this information in the application. One of our staff members will respond to you about the potential partnership.
- Start a Chapter
Are you interested in a long-term volunteer commitment to Bridge To Cross? Learn more about what a Chapter is about and how to get involved.
- Help Out at a Chapter Event or Start Your Own Chapter
Our Chapters will organize regular events and rely on the support of Bridge To Cross volunteers to make the event successful. Help out or start your own Chapter. See Chapters for more information.
- Hold a Fundraising Event
Invite your friends, colleagues and family to your own fundraising party.
- Organize a Fundraising Appeal
Are you running a marathon and want to raise money for Bridge To Cross? In lieu of gifts for your birthday or wedding, are you asking guests to make donations to Bridge To Cross? Try some of these suggested ideas to help achieve the fundraising goal! |
